#askwarren -Are you and co-DAPL @Phillips66Co investor @gatesfoundation aware of their conduct in ND and elsewhere?

Substantiation: "If North Dakota State is granting permission on pipelines like these, it’s not like they care. No one cared about the Phillips 66 pipeline under Lake Sacagawea (Native spelling) in North Dakota, which has already been whistle blown for shoddy construction. Once it’s under, it’s done. There’s no going back."

This is an even longer HDD pipe going from fracking infrastructure and development on the Fort Berthold Reservation, ND. It endangers the drinking water of several North Dakota cities. A whistleblower has already announced it was not installed properly. This use of long submerged HDD tunnels under freshwater bodies is in fact unprecidented. There are a long list of dangers, and no ability to deal with leaks or issues once they arise. The prevailing assumption is that the installation is and will always remain perfect. Both are or were co-investments of Warren Buffett's majority control $6.8 billion investment company Phillips 66, which Gates Foundation is co-invested in at nearly $1.7 billion.

Secondary sourcing: Career Oil and Gas Engineer Steve Martin, who designs these for a living and was responsible for producing the report on the DAPL's design and implementation flaws that the Tribe is presently using in court.
